The OPLA’s Research & Evaluation Committee has created presentations, templates, and how-to videos, all showing different ways to use data and advocate for going fines free. We’ll review what’s available, and show you how to use these resources to achieve your Library’s own Fine Free goals.
About the Presenters:
Alison Clarke is the Coordinator, Performance Measures & Data at Brampton Library. Alison designs data collection systems, and has been working on pandemic-related data collection and analysis.
Kelly Bernstein is the CEO of Brant Public Library.
Kim Silk is the Principal of Brightsail Research, a firm that advises GLAM organizations how to use evaluation and data to inform strategic planning, support advocacy and communicate impact.
