“Sharing Experiences Of Failure & Learning From It”
Individuals in organizations are often confronted with failure – ranging from small operational errors to significant strategy failure. Errors and failure can be costly for organizations and may stigmatize individual careers and organizations’ reputations. Failure can, however, be a valuable opportunity that allows individuals and organizations to learn from it to improve performance. This presentation will touch upon the power of failure, which in itself is a learning opportunity and an avenue for success.

Anita Boey has a BA Honours from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She continued her studies at the University of Vaasa, in Finland where she completed two Masters Degrees and went on an exchange semester at Stockholm University in Sweden. Anita’s interest in Communication and International Business Management serves as a strong foundation for her PhD research in Human Resource Management, where she studies human interactions and communication at the work place.
