’Twas the night before conference, and all through the hall,

The staff were still working, no slowing at all. 

With inboxes overflowing and timelines so tight, 

Every last detail was getting just right. 

Support tickets pinged like sleigh bells at night, 

Registration questions coming fast and quite bright. 

But through all the bustle and caffeinated cheer, 

There’s a quiet excitement that conference is near. 

Speaking remarks were drafted, then polished with care,
Introductions rehearsed for stages everywhere.
Itineraries tweaked with a careful eye,
Every detail ready as the hours tick by. 

Our sponsors to be thanked, with intention and grace,
For the roles that they play in this most super space.
Their support behind the scenes, steady and true,
Helps bring this Super Conference to life for you. 

Author schedules were colour-coded, neat and precise,
Panels aligned once, then checked once or twice.
Speaker’s lounge, book signings, arrivals and flow,
The behind-the-scenes magic you never quite know. 

And to the planners and staff, working hard out of sight, 

Making magic look easy from morning to night. 

Because when conference begins and it all comes alive, 

It’s their super planning that makes everything thrive. 

And then there are people who fill every seat,
With questions and laughter and moments so sweet.
The speakers, the authors, the voices we hear,
Are what make this gathering special each year.
